NO RETURN POLICY*

As being mentioned in the title, we do not accept returns. Before shipping it out, we will make sure your ball is in the best condition before getting out of our hand. We take care of your ball with detailed process, once the ball is out, we do not accept returns.

YES RETURN POLICY*

However, a ball can be returned when your package is arrived in bad conditions. Which including but not limited to, scratched, cracked, divided, damaged, exploded, etc., but your ball is still in the package which you believe might get damaged. In that case, please take pictures or videos of your package asap and contact us for return.
