Processing Time
It usually takes 3-5 business days for an order to proceed before shipping. For Pre-sale items, it is not promised ball will be shipped within the processing time, but we will try out best to get your footballs ship on time. Some newly-released balls usually require another 3-5 business days for fully game prepped. Therefore, please be aware of processing time before ordering. Again, thanks for your trust and business with WRB Football, and we will and always try our best to provide you the best prepped leather footballs on the market.
How does "Prep Service" work?
After ordering the prep service, please contact us with your information such as address and ball category and we will get back to you for details. During this process, we will update with you step-by-step for your own customized football, including pictures of prepping and time when ball is ready to ship. Please let us know ASAP after order the prep service. Thank you!
Football Maintenance Tips
It’s recommended to use Wilson Prep Kit after the ball is used for 2-3 times. Leather conditioner is optional. Regularly brush the ball to keep the leather at its best condition. Use microfiber towel wipes the ball after finished brushing. If ball is used for rain practice or there’s water split on the ball, simply let it sits overnight for water to dry out. Condition the ball after the water is entirely dried out from the ball. Please contact us for any conditioning questions!
